Victoria brings nearly 15 years of strategic communications experience to her work at Mission North. Victoria leads the agency’s Future of Work practice, focusing on companies in the employee learning and training, team management, workplace collaboration, automation/AI and EdTech industries. Current and former clients include Gusto, Notarize, ThoughtSpot, Dialpad, LinkedIn, Fastly and Optimizely.
In previous roles, Victoria worked at agencies -- representing consumer and enterprise startups like Jaunt VR (acquired by Disney), Chegg and Xamarin (acquired by Microsoft) -- and even in had a role in house at a national laboratory. With a background in both consumer and enterprise technology, Victoria’s passion is bridging the gap between complex technologies and the stories that resonate with media. As a trusted leader, she guides and mentors her teams to think big and learn every day.
A Bay Area local, Victoria graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in English Literature. You can usually find her carting her kids along on a hike, reading (something, anything), or putting her green-ish thumb to work in the garden.
