Mission North is a California benefit corporation, using our business
as a force for good.
Working on Kiva has allowed me to engage, amplify and uplift the stories of inspiring entrepreneurs who are breaking barriers and challenging the status quo in their communities. It has filled my days with gratifying and enriching work, and for that, I am forever grateful to Mission North!
Over the last 6 years, I’ve volunteered for Summer on the Hill. As an alumna of the academic enrichment program for public school students, I’m so grateful to also be able to use my paid volunteer hours to support more young people like me on their paths to success.
As a CASA volunteer, I'm able to take meetings and attend events on behalf of the youth we work with. This not only fills my cup in my personal life, but also is encouraged and celebrated by my MN community. We inspire each other to find ways of bringing this spirit to all the work we do.
DIVERSITY, BELONGING & EQUITY
Learning and unlearning.
10 employee advisors across levels
We are always listening and learning across every level of our agency to evolve our policies and foster a culture of belonging at Mission North. It’s not just what we do–it’s who we are.

It’s Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. And we’re excited to celebrate this year with our staff doing the talking — on history, culture and more.
If you had a full day away from work to rest up and restore your spirits, what would you do? From the spas to the mountains, check out how some Mission Northers spent their mental health day. 😌
In recognition of Black History Month, our colleagues shared their perspectives on how they define Black through their personal stories:
