Challenge

Waystar was formed in 2018—the product of Bain Capital’s merger between two well-established healthcare revenue cycle management giants. To maintain market share, Waystar needed to quickly establish credibility around its new brand name. It also needed messaging that broke through the noise and appealed to healthcare, financial and mainstream audiences, all at the same time. We partnered to simplify the company messaging and bring payments to the forefront of the conversation.
